Whip up three eggs, half a cup sugar and the grated rind of a lime and a lemon until creamy. Fold in three quarters of a cup of plain flour, a third of a teaspoon of baking powder and 60 grams melted butter. Spoon into greased Madeleine tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden (about 15 minutes).
